The stable version of Muse Hub has now been updated with the latest version of musesampler, so there is technically no longer a need to use the Hub beta when testing MuseScore 4.1. Now MuseScore crashes completely when trying to open. So I went ahead and updated the system, thinking perhaps that would help. This happened coincidentally with a notice that my Apple OS was ready for update to 'Sonoma' v. The release candidate has been built in stable mode, which means it will replace any existing version of MuseScore 4 you have on your computer. Today, suddenly MuseScore 4.1.1 failed boot up. Click Get under any sound you’d like to have in your library, and it will begin downloading and installing right away. ![]() Once installed, Muse Hub can be opened by clicking the application icon in the menu bar (macOS) or system tray (Windows). Please give this a solid test over the coming days so we can be sure there are no unexpected surprises lurking in the shadows. Muse Sounds are installed using the Muse Hub application, which can be downloaded here on.
